Our program "The Art and Science of Coaching" is 16-day training which is divided into 4 different four-day modules, each of 4 modules processed by one of the four phases of a coaching project. These stages are: Inspiration, Implementation, Establishment of Values and Integration. Upon completion of this training, participants have the opportunity to be certified as a Professional Erickson Coach.
The program will allow you to make the first and most important step towards a successful career as a business or life coach. During the program you will learn how you can provide support to your clients in achieving the desired results - in the fastest and most efficient way. The aim of the training is to give the participants necessary theory and practice, so they would gain the skills to, by the end of the training, carry out a complete coaching session and inspire customers to develop action steps necessary for success.

“Beneath learning very precious techniques on how to coach effectively, I valued the personal learning from practicing these in triads. The training offered the added value of being coached by peers and able to pursue my own dreams and goals. The approach is very inspiring and a world of opportunities as well as measurable outcomes unfolded for me.” Eva L.
“I enjoyed this professionally conducted training a lot. Especially the atmosphere was highly supportive. Although a well trained coach myself I could definitely improve my skills.” Manfred R.
“Excellent course. Learned a lot, had so much fun and I am getting more and more confident about coaching. I love this program and am impressed by the depth of subject areas to assist clients. I find that every sentence Marilyn speaks is full of information.” Wendy M.

“Coaching training with Erickson International helped me not only in professional life, but it also improved my communication in my private life especially with my teenage son, as it improved my active listening and communication skills. I do appreciate quality and experience of our teachers. Training was on one hand intensive but on the other hand amusing and as an added value, the time which we spent together with ITO colleagues strengthen our team spirit.” Miriam K.
